The best thing about making sugar cookies!

Very boring here

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. Not much has been going on here. I haven't even taken any pictures lately. I'll have to get with it.
We are counting down the days until Blake comes home. We have about 1 1/2 weeks left!! We are so excited.
About the only exciting thing that has happened is after 2 1/2 years, Ava finally climbed out of her baby bed. We are ready to put her in a big girl bed anyway, but I'm waiting for Blake to get home. I'm gonna let him deal with that. I figure I can deal with her climbing out for 10 days, and then Daddy can deal with the transition to a big bed! I'm so nice.

Happy Halloween 2008

Hope everyone had a great Halloween. Ava had a blast. This is the first year that she really understood what she was doing. We started the day by going the a Halloween story time at the library and at 4:30 we went to one of the shopping centers and trick or treated around there. Then we came home and went down a couple streets in our neighborhood, before calling it a night.
I have some more pictures, but my friend Jessie took them on her camera. So as soon as I get those, I'll post some more pictures.

Trick or Treating

Everytime Ava would knock or ring someone's door bell, she would turn around and run away.

Cookie decorating party at school

On Thursday, Ava had a cookie decorating party at school. I think she ate most of the candy before she got it on the cookie.
