A Girl..... We think!

We went to the Doctor today for Tara's sonogram. It was very cool and exciting to get to see the baby. The doctor said that the baby was just fine and everything was normal. We believe that it is a girl, as far as we could tell. The doctor said that he couldn't see anything that made him think that it was a boy. We are just going to plan on it being a girl, but we couldn't say it is a girl for certain. We were looking at it from the bottom view, kind of from the bottom and the legs. What has to be there wasn't there if it is a boy. So we'll just have to see, but like I said we're going to go on like it is a girl. This is the best picture we had from the sonogram. The baby in general wasn't very cooperative, "she" had her hand over her face for most of the visit, moved it towards the end. Here you go anyway.

Not much happening

I know that I haven't posted much lately, but things are pretty slow here. The weather wasn't too bad when I first got back it was warmer. January is definitely here, and it is very cold now. Typical temps are around -15*. We don't have our aircraft back at this time should be down in Anchorage sometime in the next few weeks. We will have to go down and pick them up, fly them back to Ft. Wainwright. We are finally settled in to our new place. It is a pretty nice townhouse. We still have to get some wall decorations and some curtains, but all in all things are pretty much settled. Tara got a nice pre-Christmas gift, we got her a new GMC Yukon. They had a pretty good deal on it, and she couldn't go without a vehicle forever, so we decided to go ahead and get it. It is very nice. It will be a good family vehicle. Speaking of family, Tara and the baby are doing well. Her belly is growing a little more all them time. We have a sonogram on the 30th, I know I'm excited about that. We will let everyone know what we are having. I don't know much else. I will keep everyone posted the best that I can.
