R & R

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted anything. Blake came home for R & R on August 10th. He left this morning. I'm just now getting time to post our time together for the last 18 days. We had a wonderful time together as a family.
Ava didn't hesitate much before going to him at the airport. Then she broke dad in right off the bat, by making him take her to the potty!
We really didn't do whole lot while he was home. We just hung out with family and friends. We did go the the Lake of the Ozarks for a couple days, and back to Deanna Rose petting zoo.
We hated to see him go, but at least it will only be 3 months, and then he'll be home for good.

We went to the lake for a few days. Ava loved the boat and swimming in the lake. She even went on a Sea-doo ride with daddy.

We took Ava back to the petting zoo while Blake was home. I wanted him to see her with all the animals. If you remember, back in May I took her and she loved it. She went right up to the goats and fed them out of her hand.
All she talked about that morning was feeding the goats. Once we got there, she would not do a thing. She was afraid of everything! About the only thing she did like were the ducks.
