Happy New Year!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We sure did! We are worn out from having 5 different Christmas' to go to, so we are glad to be back home where it's nice and quiet! Ava had such a great time opening gifts and playing with all the kids. She's usually pretty shy when she's around a bunch of people, but it didn't take her long at all to warm up to everyone. She got all kinds of clothes, a couple of babies, a highchair and a cradle to put her babies in, a rocking horse, a tea set, a time out chair, tons of books, the sweetest homemade bear and quilt that Great Aunt Sandee made(pictured above with Ava is kissing her new bear) and so many other things that I could go on forever!
We wish everyone the best in 2008!

Grandma Jan got Ava and Reese a tea set to keep at her house. As you can see, Ava was very excited. She loves having tea parties!

Ava always has time to talk on the phone! She has a phone up to her ear 90 % of the time. No joke!!

Santa came early!

We are going home for Christmas this weekend, so Santa came early at our house. I figured Ava really didn't know what's going on yet, so it was okay to give her some early presents, and I didn't want to have to haul a table and chairs home with us!
Ava got a table and chairs with a tea set, for her big gift. She LOVES it! We are always having tea parties now, which is fun. She walks around saying "I want tea."
Of course she got some new clothes, and we can't forget a new Backyardigans DVD, which we have to watch everyday!
